This work is personal to me. At a family funeral, my father quietly said he wouldn’t want his own family to go through so much. That moment led to the conversation with my siblings that we needed to complete Advance Care Directives with my parents.

Because of that, we learned wishes we never would have known — like my dad’s desire to be cremated and returned to Ireland. When he passed, we could honor him fully.

And when my mom died just months ago, her directive became our guide.

In the hardest moment, we weren’t left guessing — we had her voice showing us the way.

That clarity was a gift, and it’s why I share this work.

Who This Workshop Is For

  • If you’ve been meaning to “get your affairs in order” but keep putting it off (you’re not alone).

  • If you’re caring for a parent, partner, or loved one and want less stress and more clarity.

  • If you’ve ever thought, “Ugh, I don’t even know where to start with this stuff.”

  • If you want to meet some really cool doulas (yes, we exist ✨).

  • If you’d rather spend a Sunday morning leaving your family peace of mind instead of a pile of paperwork.

💜 This workshop is for real people who want honest guidance, good conversation, and tools they can actually use.

“I was nervous walking in, but the facilitators made it feel safe, supportive, and even inspiring.

I walked out with paperwork done and peace of mind.”
